Description: Stalin’s horatory on the twenty-fifth anniversary of the October Revolution provided hope to Soviet citizens with its confident claim that the Soviet Union would emerge triumphant in the war, and prove that its system was a model for the world. Victory in Stalingrad would soon lend substance to these words.
